Northern Engineering Survey is a premier land and engineering surveying firm based in Dubai, with over two decades of experience. Role Overview

As a  Land Surveyor, you’ll support our senior team in delivering precise and efficient surveying solutions. This role offers hands-on field experience, technical learning, and the chance to work on impactful projects right from the start.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting field surveys — topographic, as-built, building, demarcation — using tools like Total Station, GPS, levels. Collect and record accurate measurements, elevations, and land/property details.
• Download, process, and validate data from survey instruments. Assist in preparing site sketches, coordinate sheets, CAD drawings.
• Help maintain, clean, and calibrate surveying equipment, flagging any issues promptly. Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company protocols on-site. Collaborate closely with senior surveyors, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth data flow and project coordination.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Foundational understanding of topographic surveying and land survey principles, ideally backed by academic or internship exposure.
• Analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
